When Can You Cancel an Order?
- The order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
- Your purchased item becomes unavailable or out of stock.
Note: Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and will follow our Return/Exchange Policy instead.
How to Request a Cancellation?
You can request cancellation through any of our support channels: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Live Chat, or a Phone Call. Please provide your Order ID for quick handling.
Prepaid Order
- • A full refund will be issued if eligible.
- • Processed through original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Card).
COD Order
- • Can be canceled before dispatch without any charge.
- • Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future COD eligibility.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre-orders require advance payment and are processed specially:
- Pre-orders can only be canceled before the supplier confirmation stage.
- Once confirmed or in transit from the supplier, pre-orders cannot be canceled unless delayed or unavailable.
