When Can You Request an Exchange?

  • You received a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
  • The weight, pack size, or variation you received does not match your order.
  • You report the issue within 2 days of receiving the product.

How to Request an Exchange?

You can request an exchange easily through any of our support channels: WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Live Chat, or a Phone Call. Just share your Order ID, the issue, and (if required) a photo/video for quick verification.

Collection

We will arrange to collect the incorrect item.

Replacement

Shipped once the returned item is verified.

Updates

Our team will keep you updated throughout.

Conditions for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, tags, and extras must be included.
  • Products damaged by customer misuse are not eligible for exchange.
  • Pre-Order & Special Items: Exchanged only if they arrive damaged or defective.
